Texts to your Quo number that didn't match any open job's phone number — probably a new customer, or a job that doesn't have a phone number on file yet. Attach one to a job to log it there; if that job has no phone number yet, attaching also saves this number on it. Dismiss ones that aren't relevant.

Lets any signed-in employee use the "CCC Import" page in the main nav to upload a Production Schedule file, without needing admin access — they just enter their own 4-digit PIN there first. Google sign-in is still required either way; the PIN only says which person is doing it.

These are the columns on the Job Board - the Production Meeting groups vehicles the same way, so the two always match. Arrange them with the arrows, rename one, give it a color (shown on the Board and in the Production Meeting/print report), or add/remove a column (a column still holding vehicles can't be removed until they're moved out or reassigned). Check "Mechanical checklist" on a sublet/mechanical column to show the sent-to-sublet date, due date, and task checklists on vehicles there.

The phases CCC ONE reports for a vehicle. Uncheck one to hide it from the Board's phase filter and the Supplements/Estimate Review grouping without losing its saved color - it's still tracked, just out of the way. Set a color (used on Supplements/Estimate Review) and, optionally, which board column a vehicle in that phase usually belongs in - CCC sync will flag a mismatch for you to approve, it never moves a card by itself. Arrange the order with the arrows.

The revenue goal shown on the Job Board next to "work in progress". "Actual" is always the live total of delivered vehicles' estimates for that month - it isn't something you set, it just adds up on its own as jobs move to Delivered. Set a goal below and it carries forward automatically into future months until you change it again.

Controls the TV view's "Cycle" mode - a second display mode (switched via the small button in the TV screen's corner) that pages through one board column at a time instead of showing them all side by side.
Shows up as the "🔗 Links" dropdown in the top bar for every signed-in user — outside services the shop uses, like Subaru's collision portal or All Data.
Hours actually clocked in per person and job, most recent first — separate from the Body/Paint Hours estimates entered on each job.
